Santa and volunteers from local organizations help make hospitalized children’s holidays “merry and bright.”

WHEN:  MONDAY, DEC. 22, 2 P.M.
              TUESDAY, DEC. 23, NOON
              THURSDAY, DEC. 25, 8:30 A.M.

WHERE: University of Arizona Medical Center-Diamond Children’s (Lobby)
1501 N. Campbell Ave., Tucson

Santa Claus is scheduled to make additional visits to patients at the University of Arizona Medical Center-Diamond Children’s, 1501 N. Campbell Ave., on the following dates:

Monday, Dec. 22, 2 p.m.
Santa and members from the Arizona Highway Patrolman’s Association will visit and give Christmas bears to patients.

Tuesday, Dec. 23, Noon
Organized by Jazmyn’s Lunch Break and volunteers from Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Santa and his elves will arrive by fire truck to visit patients and give them specially-wrapped gifts. Jimmy John’s will provide lunch for patients and families; members from the Tucson Railroad Society will display their “Christmas Polar Express.”

Christmas Day, Thursday, Dec. 25, 8:30 a.m.
Santa and firefighters from the Tucson Fire Department will arrive via fire truck, visit patients and give each patient a stocking full of goodies.
