“We believe that it is important to host a Celebration of Courage Event once a year to provide a meaningful context to honor the courage of children and families we support through Beads of Courage,” said Jean Baruch, PhD, RN, executive director of Beads of Courage. “A celebration is a form of ceremony that involves purposeful time dedicated to reflecting upon milestones overcome along a challenging treatment journey. We are grateful for the caring clinicians at Diamond Children's who make a commitment daily to help children record, tell and own their story of courage through Beads of Courage.”

Light refreshments will be served.
