UA and Banner Welcome Pediatric Nephrologist Dr. Clare Lindner

The University of Arizona Department of Pediatrics and Banner Children’s – Diamond Children’s Medical Center welcome new faculty member Clare Lindner, MD, assistant professor, to the Division of Nephrology.

Dr. Lindner received her medical degree from Sackler School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University. She completed her residency in pediatrics from Cohen Children’s Medical Center of The Long Island Jewish Hospital, and then completed a fellowship in pediatric nephrology at The Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.

As a pediatric nephrologist, Dr. Lindner will provide care for children suffering from disorders affecting the kidney and urinary tract, including acute and chronic kidney failure, high blood pressure, inherited kidney diseases, kidney stones, urinary tract infections and abnormalities in the urine, such as blood and protein. She will take care of children hospitalized at Diamond Children’s and at Banner University Medical Group – Diamond Children’s Multi-Specialty Center outpatient clinic.

Dr. Lindner’s clinical and research interests are in transition of care for adolescent patients and transplant outcomes. She is board certified in pediatrics.
