The University of Arizona College of Nursing has awarded two Laurence B. Emmons Research Grants. Kristen Archbold, PhD, RN, has received a $20,000 award, and Jason Shuffitt, DNP, FNP-BC, has received a $4,500 award. The Emmons Research Grant is designed to assist full-time UA College of Nursing faculty holding doctorates to complete pilot work for a major extramurally funded research project.
