“Headaches in Women,” Free Luncheon Seminar

Migraines and ways to avoid or minimize their pain are among the types of headaches that will be addressed in “Headaches in Women,” a free luncheon seminar, open to the public, on Thursday, March 11, 12:30 to 1:30 P.M., at the Herbert K. Abrams Building, Room 1108, 3950 S. Country Club Rd. (at Ajo Way), Tucson. The lecture is presented by the Center of Excellence in Women’s Health at the University of Arizona.

Speaker John LaWall, MD, is director of the Headache Management Program at the Neurology Clinic at University Physicians Hospital and Clinics, 2800 E. Ajo Way, Tucson. He also is clinical associate professor of neurology in the Department of Neurology at the UA College of Medicine. He has a subspecialty in headache medicine from the United Council of Neurological Subspecialties and is board certified in psychiatry and forensic psychiatry.
