Chest-Compression-Only CPR is an easy, efficient way to help a victim of cardiac arrest. Developed in Tucson at the UA Sarver Heart Center, Chest-Compression-Only CPR is easy to learn, easy to remember and easy to perform. There is no need for mouth-to-mouth breathing.
Research has shown that calling 911 and administering continuous chest compressions is the most effective way to increase the chance of survival of sudden cardiac arrest in adults.
