Heart Health Lecture Series 'Fall in Love with the Heart Health Diet’

Your relationship with food should be a healthy, enjoyable one that benefits you. Discover how to romance your taste buds while being faithful to your heart health. Learn about the five key components of the Heart Healthy diet.

Heart Health Lecture Series featuring specialists from the University of Arizona Sarver Heart Center and The University of Arizona Medical Center, held monthly at Pima County public libraries. A Chest-Compression-Only Video and hands-on skills training will be offered before the lecture.

6:10 p.m. Lecture

Chest-Compression-Only CPR training is presented by the REACT (Resuscitation Education and CPR Training) Group, UA College of Medicine – Tucson medical students dedicated to teaching people lifesaving skills.
