How much weight do you need to lose to improve your heart health? What is the best way to get the vitamins you need?  Dr. Lori Mackstaller will help you sort out the answers to these and other questions that have been the subject of sometimes conflicting news reports.

SPEAKER: Lori Mackstaller, MD, Associate professor of medicine at the UA College of Medicine – Tucson and the Brach/Brodie Endowed Lecturer for Heart Disease in Women at the UA Sarver Heart Center, specializes in providing primary care to patients with complex heart conditions.
